What is Trust

Trust is a payment solution for payment of parking at car parks displaying the Trust logo using ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) technology and online payment facilities.

What can I do?

At any car park which uses Trust Parking you can:

Pay for any current stay
Pre-Book parking for events or specific times*
Purchase season ticket*

*Where available

For any of these you will need your vehicle registration. These can all be done as a registered user.

N.B. For all options, please make sure you have an internet connection before proceeding.

Pay for Current Stay

Enter your full vehicle registration with no spaces. A fee will then be displayed and you will be offered the option to pay.

N.B. Please allow enough time after payment is made to leave the car park within the period stated or you will incur an additional fee and may be held at the exit barrier.

Pre-Booking

You can either book a specific period or a particular event. Simply select the required period and you will be given the option to pay.

Season Tickets

If selected, there will be a list of possible season passes that can be bought. Select the one you like and you will be given the option to pay.

How do I pay?

All payments are made using Trust’s intergrated payment system. You need to add a payment method to your account through the ‘Manage Payment Methods’ menu in your account settings.

Creating an account

When you create an account you can easily check any bookings or season tickets you have as well as quickly pay for your parking without having to re-enter your vehicle registration.

To create one, your username and passwords have to be unique with the password containing at least 10 characters with letters, numbers, capital letters and special characters included.

Once these details and some other personal information have been entered, you will be able to add a payment method through Cardstream.

Can’t find your parking session?

No worries! You can pay for your session manually.

Select the ‘Can’t see your parking session above?’ option on the home screen and fill in the details of your session*.

*Available for a limited time after leaving. Not all car parks support this feature.

Payment History

Track your payments easily using Trust’s payment history feature. View your entire payment history by session, booking or pass or view all the payments made with a vehicle*.

*Vehicle payment history will only show payments that occured after the 7th January 2019

Automatic Payments

Automatic payments allow you to drive in and out of any Trust enabled carpark with automatic payments without ever having to open the app!

Just make sure you have a valid default payment method and your vehicle has automatic payment enabled and you’ll be good to go.
