The parking providers we saw operating at hospitals, shopping centres, stadiums and universities all seemed to have the same issue – a complex & disjointed customer journey. Parking experiences were inconsistent and left visitors feeling uncertain about safety and payment.

There are apps, but they are often limited to one site or offer a poor user experience, resulting in multiple apps on people’s phones.

We knew there had to be a simpler, smoother, and more rewarding way.

With 12 years of experience building and supplying parking revenue control systems, we own and operate our technology across 100s of sites in the UK, with some of the largest parking management companies in the country.

Every camera, pay station, parking barrier, and line of code that directs them was developed in-house, and we hold a number of patents pending for the automatic use of cameras to initiate payments.

We’re working hard to change the UK’s parking landscape, and customers using any of our sites are assured of a rewarding experience wherever they see a Trust logo.
