The Trust app was created to address a problem we noticed wasn’t being addressed as part of the experience provided by other parking management companies.
Our story
How did the Trust app come to be?
We noticed something wrong with the experience people got when visiting those places we all go to from to time to time. The parking management companies we saw operating at hospitals, retail parks, stadiums and universities all seemed to have the same issue – a complex & disjointed customer journey.
Before Trust, the typical experience visitors had when parking was far from uniform, with some requiring that you pay on entry, while others asking you to pay when you leave. This leaves the visitor feeling unsure about the most basic aspects of parking their car – like “Is my car going to be safe?” or “Have I paid the right fee?”
We did find parking management companies offering an app for their customers, but they would always be for just one site, leading to people having to have several parking apps on their phone. It’s all a bit too confusing, and we felt there was an easier, smoother and ultimately more rewarding way of doing things

Apple is known for being one of the world’s most prolific innovators, so we thought to ourselves “If they ran car parks, what would that look like?” Well, we felt that visitors would want an app that not only made it easy to park, but also offered exclusive rewards and was available wherever they chose to shop. That, in essence, is the Trust app.
